Contemporary Art Museum Kumamoto

Contemporary Art Museum, Kumamoto is celebrating 10th anniversary on 12th October
with the commemorative exhibition: Sky over My Head. The CAMK started as a home for all in 2002.
The artworks in this exhibition are concerned about the place/standpoint where I/We live.
We encounter borders, differences often outside home and the same time
we could find something in common there.
The activities and view of artists will bring a feeling of wholeness and harmony like sky over our head.

あるいは何かとの出会いなど、私たちは多様なきっかけで自分の場所・環境・立場を意識します。
本展の出品アーティストたちは、世界各地で生活、活躍し、展覧会のために旅を続け、
常に見えない境界に出会い、乗り越えています。
本展では「場所」、「境界」と「生きること」の結びつき、
